For these benefits, it is also termed breathwork yoga. Imagine a point of focus just below your navel and focus on receiving the positivity and releasing the anxiety through that specific point. Breathwork is a natural menopause treatment, and we provide a safe haven for women that are going through menopause so they can experience calmness with other women that can understand their feelings and help them overcome those anxious thoughts in a place of understanding, healing, and sisterhood. You can not only heal yourself but also learn to help heal more women by learning from our experienced therapist.
Jen has extensive training in breathwork, she has the perfect body massage technique, and learning from her can be a great opportunity for you. This course is an opportunity to learn and grow for everyone including complete novices to therapists with previous training in the field. We provide massage therapy courses for beginners too!
